Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful wife JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. Most people are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, both lows and highs, as well as everything between. I emigrated into America with my family and brothers at the age of only one and a quarter years old. older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story to you, if not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. As a child, I knew that I could have a shot to have a brighter future, I strived to please them. I experienced a narrow vision when it came to the success. I thought my life would go a certain way: graduate from college, land an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start an family. Although I was convinced that this was the standard for success, life had different plans. As of 2013, I was dreading going to my corporate position because of the amount of money and fame that was not bringing me joyas I believed I was just wasting my time in order to earn a living, but I knew I was meant to do more. As I sought out this different career option, I discovered that I enjoyed working out. I also enjoyed socializing and being able to help other people. In 2014 I started my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th anniversary. Very few Asian women work in this sector. As the coach I am, my objective is to inspire people and help them lead a an active and healthy life by designing sustainable, healthy and happy lifestyles which meet each person's requirements and desires. In addition, I wish for others to feel empowered and able to pursue their desires and be able to achieve whatever they want in their lives. My mother's passing, which occurred as my career began to gain momentum and I suffered the biggest loss in my entire life. Following an 8-year battle against the illness, she's finally resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. While you might not see it immediately, nature can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we need. My mother's passing has changed me in so many ways and I believe my mom offered me a second opportunity to live my life after her passing. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. It was her time to embark on a new journey, and I got another chance to live happy and fulfilled life. In my 30s I am able to feel the joy of living and feeling alive. It's not like I'm just another number. In sharing my story I would like to hope that my experience will be a source of inspiration for your own. My hope is to help to realize that you're not all on your own. You have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. I pray for you to live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets because dying is the only thing that we are promised in our life.
